Which forms of payment are currently approved?
Currently, we exclusively accept payments through interac email e-transfer. To make use of this service, an active online banking account is required. Payment instructions will be provided during the checkout process. After confirming your order, an invoice with essential details—such as the email address, security question, and necessary answer—will be sent for payment completion. It is important to accurately record these details. If any information is missing, please reach out to us through online chat, including your Order #, and we'll gladly assist you throughout the process.
What happens after I send my E-Transfer payment?
Upon receipt of your order and payment, the packing process will commence the following day, and it will be dispatched to Canada Post on the subsequent business day (business days denote Monday to Friday). Canada Post shipping is express, typically taking 1-4 business days. It's important to be aware that if you place an order on a Friday, it won't be dispatched until the following Monday, or Tuesday in the case of a long weekend. The delivery timeline for your order may range from 3-7 days, depending on the day of the week you place the order. Orders placed earlier in the week tend to have a faster turnaround.
How long does it take to receive my order?
At Bulkweed.store, we provide express post shipping for all orders. Utilizing this service, your package typically reaches most parts of Canada within 1-3 business days, as indicated by Canada Post. The 1-3 business day (Monday-Friday) delivery timeframe is calculated from the date you receive your tracking code, not the day you place the order. In certain instances, particularly for residents in rural areas or small population cities, it may extend to up to 4 business days, with New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island being common examples.
What is the process for creating an account?
- Click the person icon in top right of site – click “Create an account”
- Fill out the form.
- Click Register.
- At this point you may place orders. Please note that you must be 18+ to place an order
How do I order products?
Ordering is quick and easy.
- Visit the “Shop” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
- Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” and choose quantity.
- Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
- Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
- Click “CHECKOUT” when ready.
- Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
- Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions.
- Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to set up an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
- Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
- Send your E-Transfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

How do I send an E-Transfer payment?
- Go to your online banking and visit the E-Transfer section.
- Add our email and exact total price with taxes as seen on your invoice (and email with this info and our email address will be sent to you following your order).
- Submit the transfer.
- We will provide you with the answer for the security question you must fill in when sending your payment, for security. Please read the instructions at the bottom of the page after you check out.
- We offer guidelines on how to send an E-Transfer with your invoice. You will receive your shipment after the E-Transfer has been processed.
